On December 8, the Honorable Deborah G. Rosenblum, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs (ASD(NCB)), was delegated the authority of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (ASD(IBP)) and will perform the duties of the ASD(IBP). She will serve concurrently as the ASD(NCB). We are excited to welcome Hon. Rosenblum to the team. Establishing this position recognizes the importance of the Defense Industrial Base and the significant work that our team does to ensure critical capabilities are available when needed. This is the beginning of the formation of ASD(IBP) and we look forward to your continued collaboration as we grow into an ASD office.
