Who We Are

The Industrial Base Development & International Engagement team serves as the liaison between senior DoD leadership, including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Under Secretary for Acquisition & Sustainment, and international allies and partners. We are the primary points of contact for the Office of Industrial Base Policy’s engagement with industry, academia, think tanks, foreign partners, and other key stakeholders. Through collaborative efforts with these partners, the Engagement team advances the mission to strengthen and diversify the Defense Industrial Base through Industrial Policy’s four lines of effort:
