Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS)

Industrial Policy plays a central role in addressing critical capabilities in the industrial base (IB) that are at risk of being lost. The Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment Program gives the Department of Defense (DoD) a tool to achieve its strategic goal of strengthening the industrial base by funding projects that address critical issues relating to urgent operational needs.
